You can use a grid analysis tool to help you choose between several options. This process involves:
Identifying criteria that will guide your decision - these criteria may be key factors or desired outcomes of the process.
Rating each of your alternatives based on how well they fit the criteria.
Assigning a weighting to the criteria based on which is the most important criteria to meet.
